Refund Policy
Customer agrees that by using or purchasing from Hordanso LTD, they are bound by the refund terms outlined below:
1. Shared Hosting & Reseller Plans
Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders only. Refunds are not applicable on renewals or service upgrades.
2. VPS & Dedicated Servers
These services are non-refundable once provisioned.
3. Domain Registrations
Domain purchases are final and non-refundable due to registrar restrictions.
4. SSL Certificates
Refunds may only be issued if the certificate has not yet been issued or activated. This is subject to WHMCS and DigiCert policy guidelines.
5. GoHighLevel Automation Tools
GoHighLevel Suite access and sub-account services are non-refundable once activated, regardless of usage level.
6. Currency and Processing
Payments are accepted in NGN and USD. Refunds will be processed in the same currency paid, minus applicable gateway and processing fees.
7. Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted via the client portal within the eligible timeframe. Processing may take up to 7 business days.
