Violations such as spamming, impersonation, or harassment may lead to immediate suspension and possible termination of accounts.
Users may not exceed specified CPU, memory, or inode limits. Hordanso may suspend or suggest plan upgrades for heavy resource usage.
Accounts may not be used for file storage or download-centric services. Website hosting is the only permitted use.
Abusive behavior toward support staff is prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension with a 5-day notice.
All services are billed on monthly cycles. Payments are due by the start of each billing cycle, and failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. VPS and Dedicated Server plans are subject to stricter payment deadlines, with possible suspension after 7 days of non-payment.

30-day money-back guarantee on hosting services applies only to the first order. Domain and server-related services are non-refundable.
Must be requested through the client portal at least 5 days before the renewal date. All outstanding invoices must be paid before cancellation.
We do not allow root password login for our VPS but SSH keys except for Windows server.
Negative feedback posted publicly before contacting our support may result in immediate account termination and waives confidentiality agreements.

If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the affected service may be automatically suspended after 5 days.
